I’ve spent the past two decades supporting individuals, teams, and organisations across the community, education, and employment sectors.
My experience includes training staff, guiding long-term jobseekers, supporting young adults, and mentoring professionals.

My approach to coaching is based on the Brief Solution Focused model — a conversational method that’s practical, client-led, and efficient.
